Before the dump truck manufacturer's first and half trailers are used and operated in the new truck, all external connectors and fasteners must be checked and tightened. Special attention should be paid to the correct and firm installation of spring washers, opening pins and other locking devices. 1. Connection between semi-trailer and tractor (1) Before connection, check and remove sand, dust or other foreign matter on the surface of traction seat of tractor and traction pin and traction pin board of semi-trailer, and check whether there is enough grease. (2) In order to connect smoothly, support devices should be operated to make the traction pin plate of semi-trailer adapt to the height of traction seat of tractor. Generally, the center position of traction pin plate of trailer is about l0-30mm lower than that of traction seat of tractor. Otherwise, it will not only fail to connect, but also damage the traction seat, the traction pin and related parts. (3) Operate the lock mechanism of the traction seat to open the lock block, and then check whether the lock block is open to a free state. (4) Reverse the tractor to make the traction pin of the semi-trailer enter the opening of the locking mechanism from the V-shaped opening of the traction seat, and make the locking block rotate, so that the locking block and the traction pin are automatically locked. (5) Check whether the locking mechanism of the traction seat has locked the traction pin and whether the locking is safe and reliable. Turn radius schematic diagram. Air connection (1) Two air joints on the tractor are connected to two air joints on the semi-trailer separately. Note: No mistake can be made. The right side of the semi-trailer's forward direction is the air-filled pipe (red) air joint, and the left side is the air-controlled pipe (A-color) air joint (shake hands correspond to the air-line color connection). (2) After the air joints are connected to each other, the air-way connection separation switch of the semi-trailer on the tractor should be turned on so that the air-way is in the ventilated state. Otherwise, the air supply to the brake system of the semi-trailer can not be provided, and the brake system will not work. (3) Start the engine, observe the pressure gauge in the cab, and raise the pressure in the air cylinder of tractor and semi-trailer to the prescribed pressure (above 800kpa). (4) Check whether there is air leakage in the air passage and whether the braking system works properly. 3. The operation container semi-trailer of the interlocking mechanism is equipped with the interlock. When the container is not loaded, the lock head should be lowered to the bottom of the container. When the container needs to be loaded, the side and rear baffles should be removed, the container should be put in place and the lock should be improved. 4. Connection of the circuit (1) Insert the cable connector plug of the tractor into the cable connector socket of the front end of the semi-trailer. (2) Check whether the electrodes are well bonded and confirm whether the lights are working properly. 2. Notes 1. First of all, we should check whether the central bolt of the leaf spring is broken, whether the leaf spring is in series and broken, and if there is a break, we should replace it in time. 2. Loosen the locking bolt of the front and rear axle diagonally adjustable pull rod. 3. After adjusting the wheelbase, let the car take the S-shaped road for about 1 kilometer, then adjust the axle running again, using the same method twice, until the wheelbase is no longer changed, the adjustable tie rod bolt will be locked north. 3. Traction pin and fixed friction plate 1. Monthly inspection of traction pin without damage, cracks and premature wear. 2. Check whether the fastening bolt of the traction pin is loose. If it is loose and fastened in time. 3. Measure the diameter of the traction pin. If the diameter is smaller than the limit size, it should be repaired or replaced.4. Check whether the fixed friction plate has any scars, distortions and foreign bodies, and repair it if necessary. 5. When the gap between the traction pin and the saddle occurs, the adjustment bolt on the left side of the saddle should be adjusted and rotated outward about 10 mm. The saddle handle should be pulled out and loosened vigorously. When the vehicle is running and no loose impact block is felt, the adjustment screw should be locked. 6. Maintenance of saddle: After a week of lifting, the front of the car should be removed and the surface of the saddle cleaned with diesel oil, then grease the oil and iron scraps, and then clean and refuel once a month. (At this time, the friction surface of the saddle and the traction plate will have grooves, which is normal, one year later will be ground into a plane.) Fourth, leg 1, when leaving the tractor, if necessary, the lower part of the leg should be padded with a piece of wood to prevent damage to the leg or leg subsidence beyond the stroke. 2. Check the lamp and replace it if it is broken or broken. 5. Attentions should be paid to the loading of the semi-trailer. 1. Balanced loading should be applied to the left and right sides of the semi-trailer. 2. Loading should be uniform before and after loading. 3. Avoid axle fracture caused by uneven force on front and rear axles of trailers due to uneven frame and ground during heavy load. 4. Avoid the change of wheelbase, the deformation of suspension, steel ring and the breakage of tyre bolt when turning dead at small angle under heavy load as far as possible. 6. (4) To check the measured values at the corresponding points of the front and rear axle hub, Bl-B2 is required to be less than 2 mm. If it is out of tolerance, adjust the rear axle pull rod so that the front and rear axles are parallel until the deviation meets the requirements. (5) Tighten the fastening bolts on the front and rear movable pull rods. (6) After the adjustment, the vehicle will be parked in place without braking for about one kilometer, and the above dimensions will be checked. If there is no change, the adjustment will be successful. 4. Notes (1) The adjusting process should make the tie rod in working state, that is, once the tie rod is rotated, the axle will move accordingly, and the adjusting function of the tie rod is normal. (2) Vehicles often overloaded and traveling at high speed are inspected once per load. (3) This parameter is strictly required. Although it has been adjusted accurately before leaving the factory, other relevant parts are also deformed due to overload and road condition, damage of vulnerable parts such as tie rod and rubber sleeve. These factors will cause vehicle deflection and abnormal tire wear. Users of these common faults should regularly conduct self-checking and adjustment according to this method.
