A qualified gas storage tank should have the functions of anti-corrosion, anti-rust, stabilization and cooling. Most of the gas storage tanks we use do not meet the requirements. As a result, the emergency relay valve of trailer and the air leakage and wear of brake pump are serious. Thirdly, the difference of layout forms. One control three, the gas storage cylinder only supplies gas in the only position, the pipe diameter is difficult to meet the requirements, when braking the pedal action, the response time is slow, the gas supply can not keep up with. Usually, emergency relay valves (brake king king king) with excessive air supply are used, and then the brake is locked. The front-end air supply is delayed, the middle-end air pressure is too high, the brake is difficult to use, difficult to control, the brake distance is long and locked. In the absence of ABS, the standard and reliable arrangement of trailer brake should be two-control-three. Compared with one-control-three, the two-control-three arrangement of trailer brake makes the brake more smooth and reduces the tire lock phenomenon. At present, besides the standard arrangement of two-control-three adopted by well-known manufacturers such as CIMC, even some export models are equipped with separate trailer parking brake handles.
